These stars didn’t hold back when it came to renovating gorgeous mansions, ranches and beach houses to match their personal style. Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone Stunt owns an incredible estate in Bel Air, California that boasts 39,000 square feet. This makes it among the biggest homes in Los Angeles.

Petra is also a British model and purchased the house from Candy Spelling in 2011 for $85 million. She’s now turned around and listed it on the market for $200 million if anyone can afford that.

The prestigious neighborhood of the Pacific Palisades includes some well sought-after real estate. Located on the coast between Santa Monica and Malibu, the stretch of coastal cliffs is gorgeous.

So when Kate Hudson needed more space than her current Pacific Palisades home offered, she opted to purchase the house next door. The actress spent $5.3 million on the beautiful home that features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, as well as a pool and spa.

After selling her Greenwich Village apartment in New York, actress Julia Roberts has had more time to spend at her prime property in Malibu. Costing $9.5 million (and a total of $20 after renovations) Roberts’ home with her husband is full of energy-savvy appliances and powered by solar panels. The property is huge, with a total of 6,000 square feet right next to the beach with beautiful views of the water up close.

In fact, Roberts owns two properties in the famed beach community. In 2017 she purchased a second Malibu home for $3.895 million near Point Dume.

A change from her ritzy lifestyle in her hometown of New York City, growing up in the Trump Tower and living in a plush apartment on the Upper East side, Ivanka and Kushner have settled into a home in Washington.

They chose the Kalorama area of D.C., the same neighborhood that former President Barack Obama and his family live. The $5.5 million building is 7,000 square feet and has six bedrooms.

Mega Billionaire Bill Gates can buy any home in the world. One of the properties he chose was this lovely land and home on Lake Washington in Medina, which he had custom designed. The home is a massive 66,000 square feet with plenty of land and water around the home for privacy. However, Gates is planning to make the home even bigger!

Right now the property’s estimated worth is $124 million, complete with a 60-foot pool and locker room. He also has a reception hall to seat 200 guests, 24 bathrooms, and six kitchens. And of course, he has $80,000 worth of computers.

This property has nothing on Celine Dion’s water-worshipping oasis!

Jennifer Aniston Owns Mansions Around LA

Actress Jennifer Aniston has had her hand in the Los Angeles real estate market for a while. One of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood, Aniston has bought mansions as a single woman, as well as with her ex-husbands Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux.

Her Beverly Hills mansion, pictured above, features five bedrooms and a gym, which she listed for $42 million. Aniston is also in the process of selling her $22 million Bel Air home that she bought with Theroux. The home is also where they got married.

Tiger Woods Owns Amazing Grounds

You may have seen pictures of professional golfer Tiger Woods’ black escalade torn apart in front of his Florida home, but maybe you haven’t seen it from this angle. The serene property on Jupiter Island is right on the water and of course, includes a private golf course spanning 3.5 acres.

The property stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean. As one of the richest athletes of all time, Woods had plenty of money to spend on his home, for which he spent $40 million.

Rob Lowe Went Big

Actor Rob Lowe didn’t compromise on anything when it came to his mansion near Santa Barbara. The property spans 20 bedrooms and features a Georgian-style home that brought Architectural Digest knocking at his door for a magazine spread.

His wife told the magazine, “The minute I drove onto this land, I said, ‘This is it!’” Lowe bought the home for $42 million and spent another $6 million on renovations to encompass the exact southern style the Virginia-native envisioned.

Eddie Murphy’s Mega Mansion

Eddie Murphy built this huge mansion in Granite Bay, California with his ex-wife Nicole. The 10 bedroom house is absolutely insane and was used as a summer house for the family of five children.

The home is an incredible 11,000 square feet on 2.5 acres of land with views of Folsom Lake. There’s also a guest house that is way bigger than most people’s homes at 5,200 square feet. The property has a home theater, arcade, gym, swimming pool and huge outdoor kitchen. Murphy ended up selling the property for $6.1 million.

Will Smith Has Quite the Compound

Actor Will Smith and his famous family aren’t the reserved, quiet types and neither is their home. Located just outside of Los Angeles, the Smiths purchased their mansion for $20 million but is now valued at $42 million. The property is complete with basketball courts, tennis courts, a golf course, and a recording studio.

Even with all that, Will’s son Jaden sought emancipation at the age of 15 and bought his own home, a $4 million property nearby in Hidden Hills.

Celine Dion Built Her Own Custom Waterpark

Artist Celina Dion is another resident of the exclusive Jupiter Island in Florida. Dion’s massive property competes with Tiger Woods, with 5.7 acres of beachfront and 9,825 square feet of livable space.

Dion has also built a custom waterpark on her property, complete with water slides, a lazy river, and two 50-meter Olympic swimming pools. The 8 bedroom home reportedly cost $65 million.

The young singer had a home in Calabasas for a short while, before settling on a 1951 single-story home in Studio City, which is much more quaint and classic compared to her previous homes that were more suited to entertain guests.

The backyard is huge, sitting on 1.25 acres, complete with a large swimming pool and beautifully manicured lawn. However, there’s talks of them selling it for something larger.

This is just one of the homes the famous couple owns. The Beckhams also have property in France, Dubai, and of course, the UK.
