Germany is famous for its cuisine and fantastic beer, Oktoberfest invites thousands of people from all over the world as well. What else do we know about this country?

  1. Every third beer brewery plant is located in Bavaria. Germans eat special bread sticks with small grains of salt – Bretzel, as a snack with beer, and have no idea what is salt fish.

  3. Be careful when you ask about time. If a German tells you “halb vier” (half 4) in fact it is going to be half past three.
