5 Mouthwatering Dessert Recipes

1) Pomegranate And Cranberry Pavlova Creation

The delicious dessert will make anyone’s mouth water. Make this dessert at your next gathering and it is sure to become a hit!



  1. 4 egg whites at room temperature
  2. 1 cup of caster sugar
  3. 1 tsp of cornstarch
  4. 1 tsp of white-wine vinegar
  5. 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  6. Pinch of salt

Whipped Cream:

  1. 1 cup of whipped heavy cream
  2. 2 tbsp of powdered sugar


  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Use a bowl to trace the perimeter of the wreath onto parchment paper.
  3. Separate the egg white from the yolk into a bowl.
  4. Use an electric mixer to whish the egg whites. Add salt to while you are whisking it at low speed.
  5. Increase the speed so you are left with peaks.
  6. Add 1 tbsp of sugar while you are mixing, until you have added all the sugar.
  7. Whisk for another 6 minutes once all the sugar is added. The meringue should start to become thick.
  8. Put the sifted cornstarch on top of the egg whites, add vanilla, and vinegar to the bowl.
  9. Use a rubber spatula to fold the ingredients.
  10. Place the meringue around the traced circle.
  11. Use a spatula to spread the meringue.
  12. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 250 degree Fahrenheit for about 1 in a half hour.
  13. Allow it to cool in the oven once done.
  14. Make the topping by whipping yogurt, whipping cream, and powdered sugar together.
  15. Put a dollop of it on top of the meringue and add fresh pomegranate, raspberries, and cranberries.

2) Cheesecake Trifle With A Minty Twist   

2-14This is a minty dessert, as it included peppermint. If you have yet to try the pairing of cheese with peppermint, you had better to get it now.

The creamy and cheesy taste and the bang of minty flavor you get from the peppermint will refresh your mouth.


  1. 1 box of red velvet cake mix
  2. 1 packet of mint Oreos (quartered)
  3. 1 packet of peppermint crunch baking chips
  4. Cream Cheese Layer:
  5. 12 oz. of cream cheese (softened)
  6. 1 stick of butter (softened)
  7. 2½ tsp of peppermint extract
  8. 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  9. 8 oz. of Cool Whip
  10. 8 oz. of Cool Whip to layer the cake


  1. Add cheese and butter into a stand mixer and whip them together for 1 minute.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and powdered sugar and beat the ingredients for another 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the 8 oz. of whipping cream.
  4. Cut the cake into cubes. Place a layer of the cake at the bottom of the dish.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese filling.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbled Oreo cookies followed by peppermint crunch chips.
  7. Repeat the layers so you can two layers or more depending on the size of your dish.
  8. Put it in the fridge to cool and eat.

3) Caramelized Dumplings        

3-14Caramelized dumplings is a dish you probably have never heard off or eaten. If you have, count yourself as one of the lucky few who have.

Do not worry too much about it though, as you can make it in your home now. Just follow this recipe to make delicious caramelized dumplings.


  1. 1 1/4 cup of self-rising flour (sifted)
  2. 1 pinch of salt
  3. 30 grams of butter
  4. 1/3 cup of sugar
  5. 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  6. 1/3 cup of milk

Caramel Sauce:

  1. 30 grams of butter
  2. 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar (firmly packed)
  3. 1 pinch of salt
  4. 1 1/2 cup of water


  1. In a bowl, put the salt and flour in.
  2. Add butter and sugar in it.
  3. Combine milk and vanilla in another bowl, and then add to the flour bowl.
  4. Stir to combine all the ingredients together.
  5. To make the caramel sauce, add all the ingredients to make the sauce in a pan and stir until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat when it does.
  6. Drop 2 tbsp of dough into the sauce.
  7. Cover the pan and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

4) Crumble Apple Rhubarb  


  1. 600 grams of rhubarb (cut into pieces)
  2. 5 Granny Smith apples
  3. 1 cup of caster sugar


  1. 1 cup of plain flour
  2. 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  3. 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup of coconut
  5. 65 grams of butter (unsalted)


  1. Combine the castar sugar and rhubarb in a pan and put it over low heat to cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the Granny Smith apples and add them to the pan. Cook it for about another 15 minutes.
  3. Pour them into ramekins.
  4. Make the crumble by combing all the dry ingredients together. This will form a breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the breadcrumb mixture on top of each ramekin and bake it for about 356 degree Fahrenheit.
  6. Serve it with ice cream or fresh cream.

5) Saucy Butterscotch, Chocolate, And Raspberry Pudding


  1. 100 grams of  brown sugar
  2. 1 1/2 cup of chocolate custard
  3. 1 cup of water


  1. 1 cup of plain flour
  2. 2 tsp of baking powder
  3. 2 tbsp of Dutch cocoa powder
  4. 2 tbsp of caster sugar
  5. 1/2 cup of milk
  6. 80 grams of melted butter
  7. 100 grams of  raspberries (frozen)
  8. 1 tbsp of Dutch cocoa powder (additional)
  9. 1 egg


  1. Preheat your oven to 356 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the brown sugar, water, and custard in a pan.
  3. In a casserole dish, add the baking powder, flour, cocoa, sugar, and stir to combine.
  4. In a bowl, mix the warm butter, egg, and milk. Use a whisk to incorporate it into the flour mixture in the dish.
  5. Place the raspberries in the batter and sprinkle cocoa powder over the batter.
  6. Heat the custard on the stove and keep stirring it so it does not stick.
  7. Pour the mixture on top of the batter and place it in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes.
  8. Allow it to cool down for about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve it with ice cream.
